PipelineRFQ Invitation to Bid Software. Since 2002, PipelineRFQ has allowed contractors to email and fax bid invitations and addenda in a fraction of the time it used to take. The PipelineSuite support staff will import your database for you at no extra charge for its standard version. If you can export your data from an existing or old program such as Bid Fax and email it to PipelineSuite, it can be imported into PipelineRFQ.

PipelineOPR Online Plan Room is integrated into PipelineRFQ bid solicitation software. GC’s can upload their plans, specs, and other bid documents so that their invited subcontractors can download them for free, and without having to sign up for anything.
PipelinePreQual allows general contractors to automate their subcontractor prequalification process by creating an online form. GC’s can also embed the PreQual form or any other sign-up form into their website so that new subcontractors can sign up and add themselves to the GC’s database (upon their approval).
PipelineSuite® will import your data from BidFax®, WinFax®, iSqFt® or other programs, and provide as much training as needed for all your employees initially and in the future as you add new users.
