1998….Online Building Products, Inc. was incorporated.
2000…Prototype completed, allowing building material suppliers to sell their products online. Golden State Lumber signs on as first major customer.
2001…Bid Invitation Software prototype developed for General Contractors. Standard Structures, Inc., a leading engineered wood products supplier selects Online Building Products, Inc. as web application developer for their sales and bid tracking software. Similar custom web-based systems developed for several other material suppliers.
2002…Development begins on pipelineRFQ Bid Invitation Software, which is launched at the BIA Show in Long Beach, CA.
2003…PipelineRFQ Bid Invitation Software presented at the International Builders Show (IBS) in Las Vegas. General Contractors find pipelineRFQ as an easy replacement for their BidFax software.
2004…PipelineRFQ develops Version 2 Upgrade, and also begins development on integrated modules of PipelineSuite.
2005…PipelineSuite launches pipelineRFQ-V2 and begins signing major contractors such as Turner Construction. New upgrade helps propel record revenue growth. Pennsylvania contractor uses pipelineRFQ for hurricane Katrina assistance, blasting out solicitations to 1200 subcontractors and suppliers.
2006…PipelineSuite begins development on Version 3 Upgrade, and is listed as Construction Executive Magazine’s Hot Products for 2006. Online Building Products, Inc. focuses all resources on PipelineSuite and no longer develops custom web applications.
2007…PipelineSuite launches pipelineRFQ-V3 and sends two millionth fax and posts record sales.
2008…PipelineSuite integrates its pipelineOPR Online Plan Room into PipelineSuite so that general contractors can upload their plans, specs, and other bid documents for their subs to download. PipelineSuite sends out its three millionth fax.
2009…PipelineSuite launches pipelineRFQ-V4 Upgrade and integrates its pipelineBTS Bid Tracking Software into PipelineSuite for subcontractors and suppliers. PipelineSuite triples its fax capacity and sends out its four millionth fax.
